Individual advice
and support

Our special field are erosion machines for erosive rapid drilling and erosive sinking on one machine. Micro-cracks are reduced to a minimum as the erosion is carried out under the dielectric oil. Furthermore, planetary Expansion - for deflection and thread eroding - is possible on our machines. We would be pleased to advise you personally and work out the individual requirements of your EDM machine with you.

Field of application

All electrically conductive materials
Our technology is used for machining these materials, because mechanical machining would lead to rapid wear of the tools. Bores and complex shapes can be produced with high precision.
Cooling holes in thread drills (carbide with coating)
Drilling in carbide milling cutters at an angle of approx. 10 degrees
Drill holes in carbide with a copper electrode with a diameter of ≥ 0.1 mm
Drill holes in steel with a copper electrode with a diameter of ≥ 0.2 mm
Our technology is used in tool manufacturing for the production of stamping tools with which, for example, round or flat contacts could be machined.
Contact us, we will be pleased to define a solution for your area of application and the requirements of your components with you.
